A Bio-Dynamic Farm for over 30 years. This is the most fertile land in the upstate! We grow all kinds of heirloom Vegetables, Greens and Salads. We have orchards of fruit trees such as Asian Pears, Persimmons, Plums and Pomegranate. Also, Blue Berries and Figs. Bio-dynamic Growing methods consist of cover cropping and composting to keep the earth we grow in fertile. We use Bio-dynamic preparations (plant and animal based) to feed the plants. All this is done in concert with the rhythums of nature and cosmic influences. This growing method is considered to be beyond Organic Growing although some of the practices are similar.
